The idea was sound.
It was never completed.
In the 1960s, watchmakers tried single-crown internal bezels. One control, a cleaner dial, less to go wrong.
But the machining of the era couldn’t hold the tolerances, and the idea was shelved. Sixty years later, we picked it back up.
The bezel clicks with purpose.
120 positions, evenly resisted. You set it once. It stays where you leave it.
The crown feels certain.
Each position is distinct. No overlap. No hesitation. You never have to think about what comes next.
The case feels settled.
Curved lugs hug the wrist. After the first wear, you stop noticing it’s there.
Not flashy. Not loud.
Just resolved.
Chapter 1 is for people who care how things work, who value decisions made carefully and then left alone. If you notice when a product is properly finished, without anything shouting about it, this watch will make sense.
Four dials. One mechanism.
